Domaine de Christin is a residential event venue designed for small and mid-sized teams who want to work with focus, reconnect as a group, and return with renewed energy. Teams stay on site, work on site, dine on site, and unwind on site. That continuity changes the dynamic entirely.

Spaces built for productive work

The estate’s meeting facilities accommodate groups of 2 to 200. For intimate leadership sessions, Le Loft — bright, warm, modular — creates an ideal atmosphere for confidential work. For larger plenary sessions and company presentations, the Chai d’Eden (11-metre heritage beams, full AV capacity) delivers the scale and presence of a professional venue without feeling corporate.

Breakout spaces and lounges allow sub-groups to work in parallel, while the estate’s outdoor terraces encourage informal conversation during breaks.

• Private weekends : arrive on Friday, leave on Sunday — the day after a party is a celebration in itself

• Private receptions : anniversary dinners, retirement parties, garden parties, and any occasion worth marking properly

A setting that works for everyone

The estate is genuinely equipped for multi-generational stays. Children have a fully enclosed play area with slides and swings, a giant trampoline, table tennis, pétanque courts and direct access to the animal garden — alpacas, llamas, Shire horses, peacocks, giant rabbits, sheep. Adults have two outdoor pools (one heated), a jacuzzi, beach volleyball, and four pétanque courts under century-old holm oaks.

With up to 131 comfortable, air-conditioned beds across 5 gîtes, 7 studio-hotels, a loft and two contemporary villas, no one has to travel at the end of the evening. The taxi question disappears. The party continues naturally into the following morning.

Domaine de Christin is not just an event venue — it also welcomes individual travellers, couples, families and business guests for short stays in the Gard, between Nîmes, Sommières and Montpellier.

Whether you’re passing through for a night, spending a long weekend in the garrigue, or settling in for a week of proper rest, the estate offers accommodation for every rhythm of stay — all classified 3-star Meublés de Tourisme.

Studio-hotels — the hotel alternative

Each studio is independent, air-conditioned, and equipped with a kitchenette (hob, fridge, full crockery), private shower room, and comfortable bed. A working desk makes them equally practical for business travellers on the move.

Guests have access to the estate’s leisure facilities: two outdoor pools, jacuzzi, sports areas, and landscaped terraces. Barbecues and large garden terraces with outdoor furniture allow meals at your own pace.

An ideal alternative to a standard hotel: more space, more freedom, far more pleasant surroundings — minutes from the A9 and TGV stations.

“Gîtes de Charme” — character and comfort

Five gîtes in restored historic stone buildings, sleeping 9 to 15 people each. Fully equipped kitchens, private bathrooms, living spaces, outdoor terraces. Old stone walls meet modern comfort — a combination that works particularly well for family stays and groups of friends who want authenticity without compromise.

All gîtes have access to the shared leisure facilities and the estate’s two pools.

Contemporary villas — private and secluded

Two independent contemporary villas set in a private olive grove 8 km from the historic estate. Villa L’Olivière (up to 15 people, 220 m²) features its own private pool (200 m² pool deck), fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms with premium= linen, landscaped garden and terraces with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Villa La Picholine (up to 15 people) offers the same standard of comfort — equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms, garden and terraces — without a pool.

Available individually or together — ideal for large family groups or groups of friends seeking total privacy and residential comfort.

The estate is ideally positioned to explore some of France’s most beautiful landscapes and heritage sites — Roman Nîmes and the Pont du Gard, the Camargue, the walled city of Aigues-Mortes, the medieval town of Sommières (10 minutes away), and the Mediterranean coast are all within easy reach.
